Meet Our Founder

Beth Allen

Beth Allen’s fitness journey began 15 years ago when she started working out to lose baby weight after her third child. Beyond weight loss, fitness gave her strength, confidence, and inner peace, inspiring her to share this transformation with others.

In 2011, Beth started teaching and developed THE BASH METHOD, a fitness approach for women that blends strength training, circuit workouts, and Stott Pilates. Her dynamic classes feature varied routines and equipment to keep workouts engaging and effective.
Beth’s programs are adaptable for all fitness levels and life stages, from college students to post-menopausal women. She also specializes in restorative fitness, helping clients transition from physical therapy to regular exercise.

With her upbeat attitude and dedication to her clients, Beth is not just a fitness instructor—she’s a cheerleader and motivator who believes every woman deserves to feel like a queen. Her expertise and passion for fitness are matched by her commitment to ongoing learning and personal growth.

Beth's favorite fun facts!

Good Morning, Queen! Early mornings are Beth’s favorite, but peak workout times vary for everyone. “Discover the time of day that works best for you and make it a routine. Consistency is key.”

A strong core is essential—it enhances balance, provides strength in motion, and improves posture. “Think of it as your body’s foundation. It truly is everything!”

Beth sees success as helping women feel better about themselves, both inside and out, through fitness. “Fitness can be a powerful catalyst for building confidence, which leads to a happier and more fulfilling life.”

Live with no regrets. Embrace every moment—do it all, say it all, and feel it all. “Time moves forward, so make the most of each day. No regrets, and most importantly, never give up!”

What exactly is Pilates?

Pilates is more than just exercise—it’s a transformative practice designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, posture, and mental awareness. By focusing on your core (abs, obliques, back, and glutes), Pilates engages your entire body, making every movement purposeful. Each exercise demands concentration and endurance, emphasizing proper form for a safe, low-impact workout. This approach not only improves your studio performance but also empowers you to use your muscles effectively in daily life.

We proudly use Merrithew Stott Pilates Reformers, the industry leader for the most athletic Pilates workouts. Along with our reformers, we incorporate a variety of challenging equipment including bands, balls, weighted rings, ankle weights, and dumbbells. It’s a workout fit for a QUEEN!
