I love to see people get stronger physically and mentally. Inspiring others to learn how to become the best version of themselves motivates me to grow as an instructor. I’ve been a fitness instructor for over 12 years and have taught a variety of genres from old-fashioned aerobics to now Pilates. Italy is on my travel bucket list!
